Have you ever wondered how to find your spark?
Finding your spark is critical to taking control of your life and unlocking the joy of personal freedom. But finding your spark is easier said than done. That’s why I am here to help guide you.
My first tip to you is to stop focusing so much on your own spark. Instead, look for ways to create a spark in others. From firsthand experience, I can tell you that it takes some of the pressure off yourself and, frankly, it’s a lot of fun.
Here are three ways to find your spark while also lighting the spark in others:
1. Be Present. Your spark will be hard to find if you live in a constant state of distraction. Focus on being in the present moment. Focus on putting your phone down and engaging in more conversations. Do this not only for yourself but for those you care about. The more you live in the present moment, the more you will feel the spark.
2. Build an Intentional Community. Have you heard someone tell you that who you surround yourself with impacts who you become? That is true. Focus on surrounding yourself with people who bring joy to your life. When you spend time with those who bring out the best in you and encourage you, your personality and characteristics will shine. And once you begin to shine, you begin to feel your spark, share your spark, and ignite the spark in others.
3. Challenge Yourself or Someone Else to Level Up. Everyone can use some encouragement in their life. You and the ones you care about could use a push to find your spark. Remind yourself and those you care about that it is time to shine. Create a spark challenge and see the power you can unleash.
Now, let’s use these strategies to help create more sparks in the world. We deserve it.
